With over 30 years’ contracting experience within major building sectors, including 19+ years specific planning and programming experience, Lee has a proven track record of producing robust programmes from first principles and of managing the site planning and programming function cradle to grave.

Although now specialising in retrospective delay analysis Lee still undertakes prospective planning tasks such as preparing tender programmes construction programmes and managing live schemes. He has also been commissioned to undertake programme audits established planning systems and delivered planning related training seminars.
